Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the customization element of our products, we do not accept any returns or exchanges. However, if you have an issue with your product, please do not hesitate to reach out.
What is your turnaround time?
For most orders, we will be able to process the order within 1-2 business days or sooner. Please note shipping times may vary for custom inquiries, current production schedule and during holiday seasons.
Can you do custom branding?
Yes! Please reach out to us if you see a product on our website that you would like your company logo on, or let us know if you have a product in mind. Personalized and branded products make excellent employee appreciation gifts.
What materials can you engrave on?
Our high powered laser can engrave on nearly any material. Materials sutable for laser engraving:
